If a student uses up their grace days really quickly, right, off the bat, then that's a conversation. And this is even true with the unlimited flexibility where I don't limit students to how many times they can request an extension. If I see that they're using it all the time, that’s a conversation too. It's important to talk about why and ask for what you need as part of that.
