Is There a BFR in Hypertrophy?

There are really two areas where b f r shines. One of them is in an individual who for some reason can't lift heavy weight, but still needs to get stronger and potentially bigger. And then potentially the person who just has a concern about lifting heavy weight. Most these studies are demonstrating slightly superior hypertrophy response,. despite less total volume and certainly lower load. Is that it's at least as good in hypertrophy, and in some cases better.
