The Benefits of Eating Fruit

Fruit is high in sugar. People listening and you sort of touched on it then I guess with fiber they may be thinking well what about fruit? Fruit is a healthy choice compared to the sort of hot fructose corn syrup. So if you're taking fruit sugar the amount of insulin is substantial but it's just a 10, 20% less than table sugar glucose or sucrose. But when you're eating a regular fruit not a juice when you do a juicing is doing exactly the wrong thing.
