Eliminate a Lot, You Know?

An elimination diet is really one of the best tools that's out there to investigate what how foods are interacting with your body. It's eliminating as many things simplifying what we're doing, because when you have too many inputs, you really can't identify what's problematic. That's certainly one approach that people who are really suffering from bad digestion are happy to go through. And if you're constipated every day and you need, you know, laxatives and an enema to have a stool every morning, you're willing to try anything.
