The Importance of Mental Models in Business

A lot of the work that already exists including mental availability or the long and the short of it are really wonderful and helpful but they're mostly for marketers to talk to their colleagues about marketing. I think there's a real need for mental models that a CFO and a CEO can understand. And what I'm excited about in terms of promise to the customers as a new mental model is that it's designed for anyone at the company from the janitor to the CEO to understand what are we doing together in a unified go-to-market way.
