How Do Numbers Work in a Numerical Network?
i like now, whether this is within a cell or whether it's ay connections between neurons, i don't know. There's no reason why we shouldn't have numbers within cells and some other kind of numerical representationsin the strength of the connections between celles. I don't sees are exclusive.
