Flux training has been around for a while, but often it's harder to grasp wrap your head round. Here's how i like to think about it, is that if we ink, if we take alternations for example, the recovery part is the part i want you to worry about. And then physiologically, let's look at what this kind of flux training often does,. It puts us in this zone where we are teaching the body how to not only just kind of tolerate, but utilize some of those fatigue by products such as lactate in a productive manner.
