This week we're talking about not being a hero. It's pretty easy to put your head down when you're working on something and sort of hammer your way through, even if it's not working,. Just hammer away at it. So can we have a little refresher for our listeners about the sunk cost fallacy? If youif you've poured a lot of work into something, it doesn't mean you should keep pouring more work into it. The only thing that matters for that decision is whether it's worth the price.
