Infrared light changes the structure of water in your brain. Mitochondria need water that's been structured by infrared light or vibration to function right. You can shine infrared light on the bottom of the brain, which gives your brain an upgrade to its water and it uses water basically to store energy. And oftentimes just before I go to bad, you do this for a half hour or something. Sometimes if I'm like on an airplane, I'll do this, which totally makes the shortest is really happy.
