The average woman in relatively decent health can aim for half of her body weight in bench on a bench press. If you weigh 140 pounds, 70 pounds on the bench press. So whatever you weigh, can you do a full one rep squat of that? And then can you do about one and a quarter times your weight in the deadlift? Those are good general metrics that I would say most women in good health could probably aim for an attainable number.
