The Importance of Proper Training Progression

I'm really bad at properly periodizing my training on the different scales that need to happen when it's just me because I'm ambitious and I'm excited or I'm not excited and I'm demotivated. If we're stepping back and looking at not training versus just you know picking some workouts and doing them with train now then you're going to be miles ahead with train now compared to not doing anything. It's all based on consistency in my mind and what's most motivating so that's what I would say super sound advice chat anything else I don't think.
