Do You Have a Flow State?

Don't just warm up. Have a set warmup that you do every time. Try and adjust the warment to what you're about to be doing. Find the right difficulty level for you. If it's too easy, it doesn't provide the necessary challenge. Don't talk on your phone while training. You'll crash more than if you were using hands free.
