In addition to a gimbal practice, the practice of shadowing and your general customer focus approach that you also run a set of surveys to give you continuous insights into pain points developers are experiencing. One of the surveys that you run is a weekly Slack poll. So tell listeners how you design this, what it's for, how it works. Yeah. Well, again, I think this example is one I'll personally point a lot of people to in the future.
