The Effects of Melatonin Dose on Sleep

The physiological dose released into the serum is thought to be 300 micrograms, 0.3 milligrams. A lot of it's common for supplements to be 10 times that much as a starting point. Some people with high doses of melatonin will feel drowsy instead of like what should ideally happen before sleep.
