The Role of Emotions in the Job Sequence
There's this kind of myth that you know jobs to be done obviate the need for personas i never quite saw that. You listen for what i'm starting to call job differentiators in my book i call them circumstances but these are really the factors that make a difference in getting the job done right. For instance if you're attending a conference and you do it online completely virtually versus in person that's a big differentiator so as the innovatorright i'm going to say oh is it online or is it remote i'll have two sets of innovation opportunities depending on how those factors pan out.
