Do You Feel Like Shit When You Eat Fast Food?
Most people, especially whn they're over the age of 35, tend to feel like shit if they're eating she fooda. You got to be focused on optimizing protein and then it's up or down by maybe a couple of hundred calories to push things in the direction that you want them to go. If your food quality improves, your calory can actually be higher. So i'm always looking at how do we keep doing this for the next two years? That's not sustainable.
