How to Average Your Eight Minute Climbs
A couple of years ago, I happened to do an eight minute climb with 10 minutes in between. Mount Fylo sticks out in my mind is having the highest power lowest cadence I've ever achieved on a bike because of the 30% ramp. The running at that point would actually probably would have been faster.
