Optometrists - Are You Saying This?

i hear this doctor on there that's claiming that the whole optometry institute is a scam, and they've just forced people into glasses. And thn it's all exercises that we should do for our eyes, and we can repair our eyes. So i contacted a bunch of optomatrists and opthemologists, and they're all like, you other guy's full of shit. Well, here's what i think. I think there's probably some mid ground there in the gym right now,. We're trying to work on every vector, ray load every tissue, strengthen every system, rotate, play, hydrate the fat. Like it's insane what you're supposed to get
