Mindfulness Is Fantastic, but Mindfulness Won't Work

i'd allowed anxiety and worry to go on for too long for something like mindfulness to simply fix it. What sarted all this shid out was the jim's opening again. Been able to lift a couple of wets, getting that energy out,. Feeling better about myself, feeling a bit of hope, that improved it. If i'd used mindfulness correctly at start of the last lock down, if i'd have been disciplined about it, i still would have been upset - but i wouldn't ha gotn to the point where my life was a focking livin hell for a couple of months.
