Nephrin Autoantibodies in the Serum of a Kidney Transplant Patient
There were three minimal change disease patients that were negative for the dusting, but it also included amyloidosis, membrane of nephropathy. We wanted to include a few other things that also did not show the staining but had significant protonuria. So those cases all showed no circulating antibodies. And then to round it out, looking at the pre-transplant nephrin autoantibodies, there was a single 27 year old patient with steroid dependent minimal change disease in the absence of an underlying genetic basis,.
