Start by asking your customers if they wouldn't mind getting on the phone and having a conversation with you. And then once we've gone through and we have the interview and the data back there, these transcripts, that is where for me, I'm able to then read through it, transcribe, have those words. That becomes the foundation and the framework for the best buyer persona. But each client really is a different thing. Like, what is where are your gaps in your information? What are your challenges? One of the things that we really want to discover was what technology are our best customers using as a tool?"
