The Importance of Biomechanics in Injuries
When you're injured you've got a lot more options than you think. biomechanics still affects the output and certain ways of distributing forces can contribute to the pain experience. If we change those patterns and alter those force distributions the pain experience is also altered. For most people if you can just modify the movement and go down that path and that's all you need to do That's an excellent option before we have to start jumping into adding a bunch of the new stuff to your training.
