How to Use Music to Manage Your Mood
One of the quickest, easiest ways that people can intervene in mood is through music. I'm a song lover but a lot of the songs that I love kind of put me in a melancholy thoughtful mood which I enjoy sometimes. But then sometimes you want to have like a, you want to like bring up your energy and your cheer so I made a separate playlist for that. And what I find is that I go to sleep far faster when I actually take the trouble to start a podcast than if I just like lie there. So again it's these little things where you're like let's not such a big deal and it's not hard and it't not subtle but I didn't really notice
