In order for you to come down with salmonelosis, a lot of things have to go wrong. All the systems the poultry industry has in place to prevent salmanilla infection in chickens are going to fail. A warehouse guy is moving palets from the refrigerator truck to the walk in cooler. One box falls off and ends up sitting at room temperature for a few hours before somebody notices it.
