Ben has a very, very long question. Let's se t we can do. Last year i overhauled my training regime after listening to your phrase, runners should run, and thrower should throw. So now i train caradi 30 to 60 minutes six days a week, with three days moderate compound lifting and three days running or jogging a couple of miles. My body feels better. Life is good.
