Nick wright: Breathing interventions will be very beneficial for athletes who also have respirational disorders. Whether or not you adopt those techniques or not is a highly personal choice, he says. Nick wright: The breathing techniques that we went over are probably not going to directly improve your exercise capacity and our performance. But they can mitigate some of the respiratory fatigue that's going on by undertaking one of those interventions.
