For me, at 185 pounds to get to the recommended protein levels, I'd need to have four servings of 45 grams. That's six ounces of chicken, fish, or meat. And if you look at what that looks like, I just looked it up because I was so astonished by these numbers. A cup of hummus contains about 19 grams of protein and a cup of almonds, about 28 grams of protein.
