What Can You Control? You Have Quality and You Have Quantity, Right?
Matthew Walker: There's only so much you can do to improve your quality of sleep. No devices in bed, no TV in the bedroom, try to keep the bedroom a bit chill. Try to exercise during the day, even if it's just a little bit or going for a walk. If that's a struggle for you, maybe check out some of these meditation or mindfulness apps. Could you possibly get the occasional night nurse? I realize that isn't within reach for many, but if it is, probably worth indulging once in a while.
