Are You in the Right Organization?

How would you go about nudging kind of the process when you don't control it? I think a lot that is probably a communicat well, first voltis, are you in the right organization? But second is, can be communication challenge. In other words, if you are a lower level employee and you see a better way of doing something, you certainly would hope that if you articulated that to your more senior people,.
