The Difference Between Lactate and Lactate Testing
In ergospirometry tests, what we measure is two thresholds. Just like in lactate testing, we use different terms for LT1 and LT2. And aerobic threshold, by the way, anaerobic threshold can also be used for that second threshold. So based on this, I think it's very clear that 80 here is your aerobic threshold. It's VT1 and VT2 is that respiratory compensation point because it's clear based on the percentage of VO2 max that this was measured.
