The Relationship Between Diet and Mental Health
Nutritional psychiatry is a relatively new field just over a decade or so old. People who have a healthier diet tend to have a lower risk of developing depression and in some studies, I've looked at anxiety as well. The more they improved their diet, the more that depression improved. All of these things are great, often very simple to prepare and not expensive. So it's very achievable and people seem to love the idea that this is something that they can do for themselves.
