Russia's Territorial Ambitions End in Ukraine

Russia has already annexed four Ukrainian Oblasts during its invasion on top of Crimea in 2014. Aaron Miller: I think the demography of Ukraine limits how much territory the Russians can take. He says Russia will want to take Odessa if they can, Harkiv if they can and two other Oblasts as well but he thinks it will stay away from the Oblast or areas that have lots of ethnic Ukrainians because a Russian occupation would be enormous.
