I generally don't pay much attention to the fats that I'm consuming when they're in whole foods. In general, like avocados and things like that, I think are great. But added oils in general, wherever those fats are coming from, very calorie dense, very easy to over consume. And you know, the fat, and this kind of leads into a whole other kind of dialogue about the psychology fat. Like when we when I have fat, it triggers pleasure sensors in my brain. And I will tend to overeat when I'm not hungry.
