The Importance of Customer Service in Investing in Airlines

The American West investment was a separate investment. We actually did that in partnership with Continental, but it's not that the companies have emerged. So investors view airlines differently than customers. When you look at an airline to invest in to acquire, how important is customer service in your evaluation? It doesn't really come up as a prime criteria. That being said, however, customer service is ultimately very important.
