Do You Have a Bad Manager?

If a manager doesn't want you to be promoted, slash, isn't happy to see you like, aim for success, then they're probably a bad manage at least. I honestly think that it kind of takes a lot to be a bad worker. In the case that you do have a bad manager, i guess it's better to kind of have some back up moves in your arsenal rather than hoping that they lead you to the right way.
