Is There Something New About the Pandemic?

We tend to make a set of assumptions about satisfied employees must be engaged employees, must be happy employees. But that's not necessarily true. People can be very engaged in their jobs and dissatisfied. So I'm really curious to see kind of where we go now,. especially as people get more and more used to hybrid work and managing a hybrid environment.
