So let's say i'm just taking off five, my two points stands, one foot in front of the other. One m initial thought is,drop my front knee towards the ground, and that gives me more horizontal force. If i just keep my shin angle, o peer, init i just go to push, i'm going to go a little bit more upwards with my angle. You if i drop my shin down, i'm able to push more horizontally. Like roll more unde your toes, let the knee drop,
