Seplus Plus as Exception Handling?

Seplus plus adds operator overloading, which is useful for throwing and catching exceptions. It also lets you use the plus sign to add two different probabilities together in a way that's unique to each of your classes. The language schala actually does have operator overloading; java doesn't support it.
