The yellow book is called the big book of endurance training and racing. The red book is for competitors, a partner or sister, or mother or father or son who's not a competitor but wants the same information without the hard corps discussions about competition. You know, i love that this base building, erobic base building, doesn't need be difficult. It just needs some consistency and dedication,. getting out there every day and working at a consistent low heart rate.
