"I always kind of went with that 25 rep room in my head. Not really based on science, but it's like that's about 25 reps," he says. "Nobody wants to look like a body builder that comes in for personal training." He does low weight, low reps, lots of sets because they get more crap,. But then more so with like the heads exploding, right?
