The Effects of Calories on Weight Loss

The two groups lost almost identical amounts of total body weight. That was about 1.7 kilos in each group on average and This is actually a pretty slow cut for both of these groups. It comes out to about a third of a percent of body weight per week, which again is on the slower side. But it's definitely detectable but It would have been nice to see that be more like I don't know three quarters of apercent of weight loss per week.
