The Importance of Forgiveness

How is unburdening like forgiveness seems synonymous, especially as forgiveness is a process? Well, this is a big question. I think that there could be times that the burden we carry is unforgiveness. And so when we let go of that, it may also look like forgiveness and in fact be the same thing. Can parts make you forget?
