A hydrated brain is a listening brain. And if you drink coffee, you gan to have to drink an extra glass of water for every cup of coffee you have. Just notice your breathing and just go what's my intention for to day, and how cani breathe a little bit deeper. Then the moment you speak to that person, then you're in the moment. We've spoken a lot about interactions between buyers and sellers but i can imagine within an organization, these skales could be extremely useful yest.
