Ironic processing. I mean, the cliche is a problem. Shared is a problem halved or something like that, but I don't know. A problem shared is a problem muted in this case. Absolutely. You know, it can be healthy to process your feelings alone. It just can also behealthy to process them with other people and avoidantly attach people really kind of lose out on the capacity to process their emotions with other people.
