i met off the record with a bonefied medium ogo who runs a very, very big video company. He hopes apple is going to buy his company, but only when the traditional tv business has just about died off. For now, though, t v and music and other apple medeafores seem to have two main objectives. They may make people more disposed to keep buying eye phones, apples, real business,. And they help apple tell wall street it's building a services business that can keep growing even if ephone sales slow down. It's hard to square that semi ambition with the fact that apple is the most valuable company in the world.
