An AB test can show you that some people may respond better to the thing that doesn't work as well. 36% of Fortune 1000 CEOs say, quote, we have a lot of data about our customers but we don't know how to use it. So if 80%, if the pain pitch is more productive with 80%, and 20% respond to the gain pitch, then they have to be segmented out.
