TSMC has 60% of the global market share and then there's NVEDS which is pretty dominant in the GPU high-end GPUs market. So who would tell TSMC to um you know only give compute to certain actors? I'd expect potentially one big company which is caring like OpenAI to show it cares more than most overlaps. You couldn't imagine having OpenAI governance team saying yeah we should probably put uh switch that allow to turn off aGPU on CPUs.
