How to Start a Mindfulness Practice
A mindfulness practice can really start with like, okay, every time I have a warm beverage, I pause. Then be like, go inside your body and connect with your breath particularly. And then let's talk when we record next about maybe a meditation practice that's like 10 deep breaths, gourds one minute of meditation. The goal of all this practice is practice.
