We see that over consumption, like three servings a day, as recommended by the us. Food guide pyramid, is really too much. We should be consuming them in small amounts, if at all. Up there at the top, we put efine starches and sugar, te white bread, white plaster, white rice,. especially sodas and other sugary beverages. Unfortunately, they are the single biggest source of calories in the main stream american diet. And then it's probably that big amount of refined starch and sugar Is probably now our number one ptonal problem.
