Many people do get think the only way they can do a recipe is to follow it 100% and it's not going to be good if they deviate by one teaspoon. A lot of these recipes are more tolerant to just swapping you know one plant for another, Tim says. For people cooking on their own I always like to think about those one pan meals for one because that's largely how I sort of taught myself to cook when I was at Med School and also working as a junior doctor.
